Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. 

If you are checking out with an alternative currency to USD, the shipping rate will be converted from USD to the local currency of your shipping address. Final converted shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Parcels are shipped with DHL Ecommerce; however, upon arrival in your country, it is handed over to your local postal provider for delivery. Please allow for an additional 1-2 days customs clearance to some countries.

All standard shipments are marked as Authority to Leave (ATL) and will be safely left at your address without the need for a signature. The delivery scan will serve as proof of delivery (POD). If you'd prefer the services of redelivery and signing for your parcel, we recommend choosing our Express Shipping option which is a more premium service.

Please note that Shona Joy is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen parcels during transit. Once the parcel has been successfully delivered to the provided address, Shona Joy cannot accept responsibility for any missing packages after the “Delivered” scan has been completed.

Standard shipping is available to Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Rest of the EU, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States.

Parcels are shipped with DHL Express, a premium delivery service that ensures fast, secure, and reliable shipping.

Should no one be available to sign for your parcel, the courier will make a second attempt to deliver it. Additionally, you can take advantage of DHL's 'On Demand Delivery' service, which allows you to reschedule your delivery, choose an alternate delivery address, and access other flexible options for your convenience.

Orders placed before 1pm AEST (our warehouse is located in Sydney Australia) will be dispatched by COB the next business day.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours on the next business day. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for dispatch during busy sale periods.

You can track your order via your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your Shona Joy account. 

In the event that no one is able to sign for your parcel, the courier will attempt to deliver your parcel again. You can also use DHL's 'On Demand Delivery' service to reschedule your delivery, select an alternate address, and more. Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout and will be either included in the product price or be displayed as a separate line item on the summary page according to your shipping destination. We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are paid at the time of purchase so there will be no hidden fees when your order arrives at your destination.

Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Customs Requirements: Under new US Government requirements, US customers may be required to share additional information to the shipping carrier (DHL) such as social security number (SSN) to receive their delivery.

Shipping Delays: New US customs requirements may affect shipping timeframes, please allow for additional delivery time for customs processing on your order.

Orders containing pre-order items will follow standard processing procedures but will be shipped at a later date. The anticipated shipping date will be clearly indicated on the product page and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Pre-ordering ensures you secure the item, especially given the limited availability of the particular styles. For orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items, the other items not on pre-order will be shipped separately within our standard shipping timeframes.
