All US orders are now dispatched from our US Warehouse
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm (EST) will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed on Friday (after 1pm EST) or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Please allow an additional 3 business days for dispatch during our busy Black Friday sale period.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order via your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your Shona Joy account.

All orders are marked Authority to Leave, should no one be available to receive your parcel, the driver will leave in a safe place.
Please note that Shona Joy is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen parcels during transit. Once the parcel has been successfully delivered to the provided address, Shona Joy cannot accept responsibility for any missing packages after the “Delivered” scan has been completed.
Taxes & Duties
State taxes in the US are determined at the state, county, and local levels, which means rates can vary by ZIP code or street address.
Any applicable state taxes will be shown as a separate line item during checkout.
Unclaimed, Refused, or Undeliverable Orders
If a parcel is unclaimed, refused by the receiver, or unable to be delivered due to incorrect address details or other delivery issues, it may be abandoned or destroyed by the local postal authority in the destination country. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Should the parcel be returned to Shona Joy, any return shipping fees or associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Pre-Order
Orders containing pre-order items will follow standard processing procedures but will be shipped at a later date. The anticipated shipping date will be clearly indicated on the product page and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Pre-ordering ensures you secure the item, especially given the limited availability of the particular styles. For orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items, the other items not on pre-order will be shipped separately within our standard shipping timeframes.
